01 / The Plan
One tall room, two quiet wings.

The house is three bays side by side. The middle bay is a single vaulted room under the tall gable: living by the front doors, kitchen and dining toward the back, with an island between them and a second pair of glass doors at the far end.
One wing holds two bedrooms, each with its own closet, sharing a bath between them. The other holds the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and its own bath, plus a laundry and utility room that opens straight off the kitchen. It is a split-bedroom layout, with all three bedrooms on one level and the master suite on its own side of the great room.
Outside, board and batten siding runs up to a standing seam metal roof. The wings step down under lower roofs, so the house stays under twenty feet tall, and it is simple wood framing on a slab throughout.
