01 / The Plan
Garage at one end, bedrooms at the other.
Sixty-six by thirty feet. Select the plan to enlarge it.
The house is one long rectangle with the open rooms in the middle. A gabled porch covers the front, with glass doors into the living room. The kitchen and dining room run together behind it, with a fireplace on the wall between the living room and the garage and a back entry off the kitchen.
The two-car garage sits at the left end with a 16-foot door in its end wall. A mud room and a mechanical and storage room sit between the garage and the kitchen.
The master suite takes the back corner at the other end, with a walk-in closet and its own bath. Two more bedrooms sit along the front, each with a closet, and share a bath off the hallway.
Ceilings are ten feet in the house. The roof is framed with pre-engineered Fink trusses under asphalt shingle, so the house stays under nineteen feet tall. It is wood framing on a slab throughout.

The drawings carry dimensions, materials, framing, foundation and schedules: the information needed to understand and price the house as designed.
Each plan is a complete drawing set for the design shown, but it is not drawn to a specific lot. Zoning, local code amendments and site conditions differ from place to place, so professional review, engineering or revisions may be required before you build, and permit approval is not guaranteed. See the terms.
Structural engineering: Not included. Local structural engineering or professional review may be required based on site conditions and jurisdiction.
